Application still not done

I emailed the application forms last week<br> <br> Called Discovery new business/underwriting tel *** date 3 Feb 2016 ref with Darren track ref ***<br> <br> Date 4 Feb 2016 spoke to Rebogile - track ref *** and Sheri-lee who advised she will escalate the matter and it should have been captured<br> <br> Date 8 Feb 2016 spoke to Carmen - 13:04pm - Who advised it has still not been captured. They waiting for a broker. She advised a note will be made that there is no broker and it should be captured<br> <br> Each time I've called, I have mentioned there is no broker. I have called probably a total of 10times since the 3 Feb 2015<br> <br> So I need to know why is there a delay.
