Application process flawed
Discovery Health has normally been pretty amazing, but recently the ***** dropped are just rather hectic. I was adding my partner as a dependent. I get no update - I call them about it - they say there is a form missing... but they haven't sent me the form. After sending the form, I follow up after my debit order is wrong and they say there was a problem with the form... again without contacting me. So they just let my partner be without cover and didn't even bother to inform us.... sad.
