Apple watch benefits hidden T's and C's

I have been using Discovery Vitality on and off for many years and i have never been so dissapointed to find out how they tend to trick they customers.

I recently activated the Apple watch benefit and convinced my partner to do the same. I tried to achieve my weekly goals of which an unknown Vitality baby double up benefit point was also allocated. They have now as a result increased my weekly goals and now removed the double up benefit meaning i wont be seen as reaching my goals. They refusing to review this and will result in me having to pay for the watch as it will be seen as me not reaching my goals.

To say this is unfair is a nice way of putting it as I am so dissapointed in this feedback.

If I could I would honestly cancel and give back the watch as this can be seen as ***** and trickery from their end. The consultant tried her best to help me but she too cannot be held liable for this hidden mess.

I am livid honestly.

Her parting words were: "Just meet your goal" how when its higher than what I can do.
