Apple Watch benefit payment no response

Apple Watch collections

Have not debited me as per the arrangements made to pay off my Apple benefit

So I can take up my new benefit for this year

I’ve mailed numerous times with no response

So discovery refuse you give me my Apple Watch benefit for the year 2024

Because I was in arrears

I owed 1500

Yet i have just paid them 6500 to pay the benefit in full before term

Thier response to me paying them more than what was currently due

Paying in full the watch before limit term

They choose to penalise me

Absolutely disgusting

What a disgrace
