Apple Watch benefit

Went to the Apple store to get my new Apple Watch. OTP was not able to send to my phone. Phoned customer service and have now changed my OTP to email and not sms. Went back to apple store and can’t use the same proof of payment code because it has already been used. Tried contacting the help line again. No answer.
