Appauled by discovery service

Hi<br> <br> I joined discovery on the 01/12/2015 as I've heard very good things about them and its compulsory for me to have medical aid so i decided to join discovery..I recently went to the doctor with some cramps that i have been having when i menstruate, he then said it would be best for me to see a gynae and he then done the referrals.So obviously because my membership is less than 3 months old i understand that discovery will be doing an investigation of my medical history which i was perfectly good with.<br> On the 01/01/2016 i received a call from Charlotte Gxowa a risk reviewer for discovery who then told me that they discovered that o have not disclosed my full medical history as i was previously diagnosed with heavy and irregular menstruation and due to this they will be terminating my membership.<br> This caught me completely offgaurd as it was the first i heard of this diagnoses. I have never been diagnosed with anything of the sort. i would like discovery to rectify this. i would also like to know by what medical practitioner i was diagnosed with the above. My application requested me to complete any prior diagnoses and treatment which i never had.I'm definitely not leaving it.
