APPAULED!!!!!

<p>My son call Discovery Health's call centre on 15/08/2016 requesting a copy of hei Medical Aid Contribution Certificate for the period he was on cover with Discover Health.</p> <p>As he has no mobile or e-mail address, he requested this be sent to me, his mother.</p> <p>On 17/08/2016 I received a call from a Durban based call Centre advising that the tax certificate had been sent to my e-mail address.</p> <p>I was advised when I called that I had to wait at least 4 hours for the delivery by e-mail, yea right!!! I then sent an e-mail giving the reference number my son was given when he called, no response.</p> <p>I sent another e-mail to them on the 18th and 20th.</p> <p>Received an automatic response to my last mail on 22/08/2016 giving me a refence number and advising that a consultant would call or e-mail me but who knows when!!!!!!</p> <p> </p>
