Apparently it takes 6 weeks to deliver PnP Healthy Food Card...

I app**** for a Vitality Healthy Food card at Pnp on 1 Feb. Three weeks later and still no card. Today I phoned and was told that it can take up to six weeks!! That is completely unacceptable. Can you please use an overnight courier. I will pay for the delivery if need be. A few months ago I app**** for a Discovery Credit card and received it in 3 days. Why must I now wait for 6 weeks? Because Discovery benefit from the Credit Card, but the Healthy food card is a cost for Discovery? Pnp don't except the healthy foods number. They say it is against their policy for security reasons. The store manager told this to me himself. Please send me an official document stating that PnP must accept the Healthy Food Card number. Thank you
