Appalling service from discovery medical aid.

Medical aid number *** we've been struggling for over a month to confirm income for the monthly installments and to top this off because you didn't receive all the documents you debited with a 100% premium increase which is ridiculous. Everytime I speak to a consultant you need new documents the person I spoke to last week said I needed to send a letter of employment if I am unable to get that due to schools being closed I can get an affidavit instead NOT BOTH. I managed to get a letter and now you are telling me I need an affidavit as well this is ridiculous and you are forcing people to go to places unnecessarily during a pandemic.You have enough documents to confirm my income which reflects on my statements and now on my letter of employment get your act together. If any of my family members requires medical assistance and we are not covered due to your lack of competence I will take legal action.
