Appalling service

If there is an option for no star I would defiantly choose that option. Firstly I have been trying to get my issue fixed from January till date , I have not been successful. I have had call backs promised and I have had my call dropped quite a number of times. I must say service has been appalling. My issue was my vitality had an amount added without my knowledge and I don't even know what's it for and no body is advising me nor helping me with cancelling it cause my vitality membership is 305 nothing more and if there was an amount added I should have been told or advised. I now want it cancelled (the add on ,that was added without my consent ) and want my refund. This appalling service has tarnished my imagine of what I knew discovery to be!!!
