Appalling Health Billing Service
<p>Reached the discovery Contact Centre and asked if they can confirm their "Scheme Rates". Apparently Discovery can not confirm their Scheme Rates ... So i will have a Banner printed and hoisted along the M1. Simply to have my question answered..................</p>
