Appalling Customer Service

I am so disgusted with Discovery health service, its been closed to a month still my query is not resolved, they have deducted funds from my medical savings and promised to reversed them back as it was an error on their side but I'm still waiting with no feedback and no resolve for a month. every time I must spend my money for airtime to call them.
