Appalled with service from Discovery Health!
I have been dealing with Discovery regarding a refund since December 2017 and I have been calling in and every single time all I am told is that someone will get hold of me to give me feedback regarding my claim but I am still the one calling in to follow up every single time because no one gets back to me with any updates. I do think that by now this matter should have been resolved . I have been waiting since December 2017 for a refund for a mistake made by Discovery staff. I am appalled at the service I have received from Discovery Health and I would like a resolution to this ASAP!
