Appalled by DISCOVERY HEALTH

I would like to give it a 0 rating. But seen as I must give it some form of star a 1 would have to work.

I am appalled by discovery health in regard to paying back my boyfriends medical savings owed to him. He contacted then regarding his savings and put in review to have it released earlier, which was given the go ahead. He was told it would take 5 to 7 days to reflect into his account. After not receiving anything after the amount of days stipulated by them he contacted them and they promised him all had been done and would be processed in an overnight run. To which nothing has come of it. We are heading into day 9 now and no sign of the funds. And it is directly from their bank to the one he uses. So the 48 hours would not be used as an excuse anyway. But we have waited the 48hours anyway.

We are highly upset and disappointed in their response as this is his money, owed to him. We don't know what else to do or who to contact. We in dire straits as this money was needed to help with our kids Christmas gifts and they were left empty handed.

Such a disgrace.
