Appaling service - Discovery Health

I had the most appalling service from Discovery, I have a daughter who is ill and I needed her to be booked in for surgery, I took her to the doctor who gave us a referral letter to see a specialist and book her for surgery, I called discovery to get a list of key care specialists in the area and I was given two contacts for Doctors who are not even in the province ,I called from last week to no avail and I contacted discovery to complain about this and I was given the same numbers and eventually the doctor called me to say she was working from kzn as that's where she is based.what I find most disconcerting is that I need to wait on Discovery to authorise this treatment while my sick child is wasting away and I'm not getting the correct information from Discovery to get the process underway,the red tape on its own is a nightmare and being given incorrect information about the surgeons on the keycare network is nauseating,as I tried to contact these approved specialists to no avail,further to this I contacted Anele from Discovery who promised to call me back which never materialised,I need urgent assistance please!!!!!
