App degrades claims photo quality to unreadable level

Having spoken to 7 agents over the course of the last 2 months, I have figured out why EVERY ONE OF MY CLAIMS has failed through the app and its due to the apps compression of the images that it captures.

Using an s7's 16 megapixel camera, Where I can zoom down to the edge of any letter, apparently on discovery's side its barely readable.

With the web department claiming there was never an issue all the while my claims were *******ed, incorrect or not captured at all yet somehow I got a reference number.

I've been trying to submit my latest claims since November and after R350 of wasted air time I'm still needed to waste more and more airtime being told that theres nothing they can do or that there isnt a problem.

Is there seriously no way to get meaningful support from the company I give tens of thousands of rand each year?

If degrading image quality to the point that its unreadable is how Discovery works then yes according to the brief theres nothing wrong your side.

But if being able to submit claims and have them be processed accuratly is the goal then please tell me how the previous statement intergrates with the latter.
