Anyone with same experience?? After joining discovery delta hospital plan, on returning from abroad; 8 payments of 3600 and a waiting period of 12 months till Aug 2026- no cover- i am advised by specialist to apply for PMB. Application goes to discovery for PMB. The discovery forensics team Mrs K launch a telephonic investigation ( without disclosing the reason for questioning me) and conclude i was guilty of non disclusure- they offer to extend waiting period by another 6 months or terminate contract, all this initially on calls not email.. i say this makes no sense i would like to discuss with manager …this results in immediate contract termination… i lodge appeal and they keep my 8 months of no benefit money while i continue with absolutely no cover. This is so unbelievably weird. I feel ****med out of 8 months of money.
