Answer your @#&£% Phones!!!

I have been trying to phone Disovery since this morning and no answer. Just to ask a ****** question to see if they will cover my claim really? Is it meant to be worse service because of a more affordable medical aid option? Was holding on for more than a hour on one of the calls just to get cutt off and phone again and again. Might be one of South Africa's biggest medical aids but their despicable service is as big of a disaster their self proclaimed "one of the best medical aids". Yet they are very fast to take your money every month!!! Livid and angry are the best words I can think to use on this review for now 😡🤬
