Answer the phone discovery

It has been 2 weeks trying to get hold of discovery keycare. I have been calling non stop on the 086 number, the switchboard number and in app but can't get through to a keycare agent. When someone from the service team answers they can't help because they dont deal with keycare. I called today and spoke to a lady by the name of ntombi and her manager xolani which was to call me back but didn't. Facebook shows the clients of discovery is constantly calling and no one answers. How much airtime must we waste to get answers. They ask me to in box my details but no response. I want to change my network doctor. Our premiums go up with terrible service and less facilities to use. Unacceptable!!!
