Annual Savings Discrepancies

I did a recon based on the expenses charged through the savings plan as it stated that my savings have all been used. After the analysis using excel and manually adding it up , it does not recon to the value as stated used. Also in certain cases I have to pay specialists in advance and claim back. I claim for example R 3200 and they pay me back medical rates of approx. R 700. What they then do is to deduct the full amount R 3200 for my available total savings amount. In summary, incorrect amounts are deducted and the sum of the values does not tie back to the annual available savings. I have been using Discovery for years but after this investigation it becomes clear that they do not have the client at heart. We are in a situation now that we run out of savings almost every year at the same time. Generally, we are a healthy family that use the savings but I had to do an investigation as this could not continue. I will definitely review other options in the market.
