Annual leave days

Iam writing this as an ex employee . I submitted my resignation at the said Company 09.6.2025 served my full notice until 09.07.2025. Come July 20th I received my last salary with no accrued annual leave days paid to me. When I follow up Iam being told that a clawback back needs to be done I do not know from where after I served my full notice and left the company. Iam so disheartened at how my matter is not taken seriously and no one is trying to understand my frustration. I did say I will escalate to Hello Peter if they do not pay what is due to me . I want an expansion on the oversight done between HR and payroll as to how they failed to pay my accrued annual leave days.
