Annoyed by discovery medical aid

Good day

I'm so very annoyed by discovering medical schemes nd their services. Iv asked for authorisation for my C section labour delivery which is due next month.they told me I dnt qualify as I joined medical aid last year and they will work on it then they will come back to me.
