Annoyed by a 6 month delay

17 and 22nd of May 2019 I went to the dentist as per my list of doctors appointments I had to attend for my transplant so all the bills have been paid except for these 2 accounts so I decided to come to the walk in center as the call is of no help Guess what neither are they it's been two weeks and still the problem hasn't been sorted All the information gets sent back and forth yet all I'm asking is for a bill to be paid via ex gratia, how hard could that possible be Very annoyed with Discovery service
