Annoyed

I have been with discovery Health for over 18 months, but I am yet to receive my medical aid card. Whenever I wanna make use of my medical I am always forced to print out my medical certificate, I mean how hard it is to post the card to the provided address!!!! I have inquired about this several times,still no success, I GIVE UP!!!!!!!!
