Angry pregnant lady

This is the first time I post here buy I have read the complaints and it seems I am not the only one. I also am 6 months pregnant, and did not know you need to activate a pregnancy, and to my surprise when I urgently needed to go to the dentist there was no savings left. I have a 4 year old and we are 3 on the scheme and we have no savings left. I have contacted them and asked if they can take it off the maternity benefits as I was unaware of the policy I only found this out after 5 months. I think it is extremely unfair considering we pay over R5000. 00 per month!!!

Another problem, when the savings is depleted you are allowed to go to the doctor unlimited times, however if you have savings and go to the same doctors, your consultation (which is free if you are out of savings) gets deducted off your medical savings.how does that work?!?!
