ANGRY

I am very angry, i am waiting for a refund, the agent advised me that it will take 2-3 working days for the money to reflect. When i called know, the lady couldnt see that the refund was loaded, so according to them, they had to send it to another department so that the payment for Discovery can be deducted, now i have to wait another 3 working days for this money to reflect into my account, I AM VERY ****ED, I WAS ADVISED THAT THIS MONEY WOULD REFLECT IN MY ACCOUNT BY FRIDAY, SO NOW I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 3 DAYS, THIS IS NONSENSE. I need this money so that i can re apply for my brother, but i know have to wait because of an agent that did not provide me with the correct information!!!!!!
