An excuse for a medical aid

They are the worst medical aid ever. Was I not forced to be part of them (as a company benefit, or rather a curse). I would leave them in a second. They do not want to pay an extended benefit. The reason being the doctor is not on the network. Yet, this doctor has received payments in the past from them from the same network. Now they are lying and changing their story. I have experienced so many problems with them. They might be the biggest medical aid. But by far the worst.
