AN ANGEL AT DISCOVERY HEALTH

Discovery has an ANGEL in their midst in the name of SBONGILE MILIZELI. i phone this morning for authorization on my mammogram and she spend about an hour with me to help me to do the questionnaire and get my authorization nr for me. she also helped me with my husband's claim for a battery CPAP machine as he is diagnosed with very severe sleep apnea and with the load shedding he nearly suffocate last night when the electricity went off during the night. i had so many questions for her and kept her busy for more than a hour, but she stay so helpful and she really care about me. this is the first time ever i experience such love and care from someone in the call centre. thank you Discovery for employing people like SBONGILE MILIZELI. She is an ANGEL on earth. she gave Discovery a big thumbs up and I hope a lot more people can be helped by her. What a heart warming experience.
