An amount not paid

Hi i have been called by my Gynae Dr. Gilbert Anyetei saying i owe him over R4000 for a procedure i thought would be covered under the hospitalisation benefit. :<br> <br> Can i please get clarity on the below as now the Dr wants to list me:<br> Dear Sindie<br> <br> Please note the following short payments:<br> <br> For visit of 04/03/13 R920 was claimed and medical aid paid R800 leaving you with a balance of R120<br> <br> For visit of 07/03/13 a rooms visit claim of R700 was made as you did not pay levy, medical aid paid R303.10 which left a balance of R396.90<br> On that the 07/03/13 you went in for a procedure where we charged R4 000 in total and your medical aid paid R1 882.82 and your balance just for the procedure is R2 117.18. Medical aid has not paid R1 200 for your visit of 13/03/13 as you have run out of funds.
