I would like to send appreciation to Revash Soobhar who assisted me with a query I had of a claim that was processed. I submitted my query on the weekend and received a call from Revash Soobhar on Monday. He was extremely professional over the phone and made sure he explained everything to me in detail that I did not understand. He listened to my complaint/query and provided me with a solution to that problem. He explained the process in detail and made sure to follow up and ensure that I have received these documents. The next day Anita called me to advise that my request has been submitted and provided the turn around time of 2-3 working days. Within 2 days I received a call from Anita advising me that my request has been processed successfully. I am very impressed and happy with the service provided by Revash Soobhar and Anita... two professionals that treated their member with so much professionalism and respect.
