Not only did Kim go above and beyond in assisting me, she kept to her promise as to keeping me updated! She put my mind instantly at ease with her first follow up, even during the pauses whilst checking the system she kept me smiling with her lovely conversation.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you Kim for really turning my horrible situation and turning it into a surprisingly great experience.</p>
