Amazing email service from Vitality

I recently had the surprising pleasure of an email interaction with Joel Joel from Discovery Vitality. Over the years through numerous email interactions with Discovery Vitality, I have become accustomed to slow responses, poor reading of my actual email and zero follow up. I have learned to split multiple issues into separate emails as it was the norm for Discovery staff to pick one issue within an email and respond to it and ignore the rest of the issues. Joel Joel’s response was none of these things. He actually joined together 2 issues from 2 separate emails, responded promptly and clearly fully understood both issues. A second mail from him with one of the issues already resolved was received less than 24 hours later from my original email! Joel Joel’s email response can be used as a Case Study for your staff training and he should be given the job of training all your other email response staff!!!
