I just called in and spoke to the most amazing consultant by the name Keshia Botha,who helped me in regards to a few queries about the medical aid cover that I am on, she answered everything, she was polite and helpful. It is such people that make us not regret paying so much lol. Thank you again.

She then transfered me to Zaakirah nazer who deals with Vitality, this lady made me want to start going to the gym. Amazing service and a sense of humour. Thank you ladies
