Amazing call waiting service.
Received a missed call from Discovery, I am waiting on pre-approval for an operation. So I phone them back. Call waiting time 6 minutes, not bad, 6 minutes turn into 20 and then an hour, where Discovery's call waiting service cuts me off, because I can only wait 60 minutes.
