Amazing call center representative

I'm sharing this review today to express the fact that we need to share good experiences as well...I'm still a fairly new member to the discovery medical aid scheme and boy did I have alot of questions that needed answers ..so I called the call center and spoke to liesl Haynes from keycare this lovely lady ...the world needs sooo many more people like her she does her job with an absolute passion for helping people ..I recently just encountered a confusing time once again and too my suprise when calling the call center i got through to her ..my luck I guess but this lady is so much more than a worker but an absolute gem ...such a peoples person always willing to help and so patient ..takes time to listen and educate a person on the proper understanding well done to you liesl Haynes....the way in which you handle a situation its an absolute pleasure speaking to a person like yourself...also to add on when I started this call I had a not so good impression of discovery which I even stated...but this lovely lady big ups to you..
