AMAZING CALL CENTER AGENT

Needed tax forms from Discovery and contact them on 21 November 2017. The systems were down and was told that the agent Glen Mnengi could not help me at the time but would call me back as soon as the system was up again. I really didn't expect him to call back. Within 1 hour he called back with all the information i needed ready and just needed to confirm the email address to send it to. He also noticed that it was my mums birthday from the ID number i had provided as one of the members and asked if may speak to her to wish her well. He went the extra mile to help efficiently and add a personal touch.
