Amazed at the best service/help ever

On the 30th of April 2015 i went through something no woman should have to endure.I went to the worst hospital in the universe (i think) in Postmasburg and ended up leaving.I decided to call my medical aid Discovery and the most amazing woman answered the phone.I think her name was Karushnee or Kareshnee (was so panicked that i did'nt take in her name,im sorry lady).Anyway she went far and beyond.From calling the hospital in Kathu,Lenmed private hospital and booking to staying with me on the phone.I was shocked and amazed and the staff at Lenmed with the gynae was also amazed at this sweet lady's efforts.She confirmed and booked the ambulance service like the pro she was.Discovery Health do not let this lady go.She is the best anywhere.I am telling everyone that through the pain and confusion of the day i still got the best service/help ever.Really this lady went the extra mile and back.Maybe she thinks that she was doing her job but for me she was my holding hand partner.Thank you so much for her and thank you Discovery Health for employing the best!
