Am tired of waiting now

I've joined discovery medical aid on the 01/01/2020 till today still have not received my medical aid card been calling them since last yr ...recently called them they said they will get back to me nothing still....do you guys want me to cancel my contract with you? How long must I wait for my card? Every time when I hav to visit Gp must use a certificate of membership?
