i requested a medical aid card last year in November, i was told it will take about 8 weeks for the card to be delivered, i asked the person i was speaking to over the phone if the card could be delivered at my work place.<br> i waited till Feb the card was never delivered, i called to ask why is the card not arriving, i spoke to a very polite gentleman i can not recall his name, i was told the card was sent to the wrong address not the one i had requested. he told me he will do his best to have the card delivered to me ASAP, he gave me a turnaround time of 7 days, today i received the card, this is the great type of service we know and expect form our medical aid.<br>
