Always looking for a Loophole!

In May 2020 I was admitted to hospital. According to discover they only cover 2 days in hospital for my condition and I stayed 3 days. My Doctor in hospital has sent a motivational letter as per their request explaining why I needed to stay an extra day, but they still declined to pay for it. I pay close to R7000 for medical aid for my family every single month without fail. even through the worst of financial times, yet this is the treatment I get. Very bad Discovery. I will be changing my medical as soon as this is sorted!
