ALTERATIONS ON PATHOLOGY ACC & STILL NOT PAID

So this would be my 3rd attempt and 3rd message on Hello Peter complaining about the service i am getting from Discovery on my 1 Pathology account!!!!! EACH TIME ON THE COMPLAINT I GET A MESSAGE SAYING THEY WORKING ON IT!!!! To date, which is 5 MONTHS LATER!!! I have had NO positive feedback on this account. I phone this morning once again to find out what is going on as i see they have adjusted the account but they increased the total value of the account??? WHY i have no idea!!! and they are not paying everything. So i phone to find out what is going on........... AND GUESS WHAT!!!!! NOW AGAIN they are saying the tests are not related to maternity!!!!!OMW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How many times must i phone, send emails, send accounts, send ALL THE RELEVANT F&*(^*&^& information and they cannot get this bluddy account sorted out!!!! I AM SO FRUSTRATED with this REALLY I CANNOT DEAL WITH THIS ANYMORE.... Who can i call to get this sorted out!!! Bluddy hell i am in my LAST trimester and i must deal with this **** !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
