Member number: ********** 10 I recently joined my husbands discovery medical aid I was given 3 General waiting period, i have always been on medical aid for years. I called when i joined and wanted to know how i can register my PMB endometriosis ,she said it is not aPMB but a DTP so they sent me forms and said I can go to GP to have this completed. Eventually i went now they decline it sating a Specialist must complete it the ICD 10 is correct I have had to have a hysterectomy at age of 37 still kept my ovaries. October 2017 I had deep filtratrating endo removed and a bowel resection. Why is Discovery making this so difficult, do you think you can just go and say DOCTOR COMPLETE MY FORM?
