Almost Lost a Limb thanks to Discovery!

I have lost my hope in you today. Your staff members are NOT trained on how to CHECK/DETERMINE whether a patient falls in a waiting period or not - even though our medical aid certificate CLEARLY SPECIFIES 'Waiting period not applicable\ next to both member names. If the ER doctor did not state the urgency to your representative herself, my fiance could have lost a limb due to your ridiculous, long processes - which, by the way, shouldn't have even app**** to my fiance in the first place. Paying R4,825 per month for being a member of Discovery will be the first thing I reconsider after my fiance's hospitalization. I am confident that another service provider will cost me less and help me more. Isn't the aim of a medical aid to assure medical care? Just asking!"
