Almost got trapped twice

I almost got into a same trap twice 😁. So at work we have Discovery as an only option to medical aid or medical insurance, so I took the medical insurance since im in entry level. So last year 2022 I was coming from work and had to cook as im a Batchelor and accidentally got burnt. Since it was already late and needed medical assistance, I called and embulance which took me to Entbeni hospital and i was ok with it because i know im covered for such. But little did I know that this pathetic **** wont pay and when i ask why? I was told the hospital used incorrect claim codes and so im liable to pay. I didn't pay tht ****. Well shoped around again and was contacted by this nice sweet talking agen whom sold me the same product and with my negligence was sold. But when receiving the welcome pack and all i was like over my dead body, foget i will not pay a cent. Hambofa.
