Almost 2 months, 8 call back promises, 5 separate complaints, still no effort given.

<p>Ive been promised on 8 seperate occasions for the error that my claims are facing to be looked into and every time being told I would be called back for an update, this has never happend.<br /><br />I've been told the issue would be escalated, which it has never.<br /><br />I've been told they're looking into it, which clearly they aren't because I'm still waiting for my money and for the customer service I PAY FOR.</p>
