Allocation of GP

I chose Discovery Keycare Plus last year December, I chose 2 Doctors as requested on the form. Being new on this medical aid I never thought i must call them to check as i had received my card. I am coming from the Doctor now and was told i did allocate a Doctor i will have to wait for 1 April. I am sick at this moment and discovery who has all my details and profile failed to advise me that i did not allocate any GP whereas on the system I did. Discovery has been deducting the premium from January, it is now March and I am told to wait for 1 April. I truly regret leaving my medical aid for Discovery, to them you must just pay the premiums thats all the care about. I called them numerous times and no one ever told me about this GP allocation. Today 17/03 where i am so sick i cannot see a GP because of Discovery Keycare Plus
