Allocated to a higher salary bracket regardless of supporting documents sent!

I'm writing about my mom's medical aid annual review outcome, and not happy with the result. She's the primary member and only member, and we submitted proof of income (pension grant only) to *** in November 2025 (sent twice). Despite this, her premium was adjusted to the >R15000 income bracket.

Could this please be urgently corrected? I'd like her monthly premium to reflect her actual income and remain affordable based on the verified proof we provided.

Confirmed it was a communication glitch and that my mom will be debited correct amount that falls within her bracket.
