All of a sudden things are not covered!!

I was omitted in hospital last year 28NOV18. Now I am back at the same Jakaranda Hospital today 4DEC19 For the SAME treatment. And now I all of a sudden need to pay a co payment of R3050.

Aparantly this changed in August which is first of all before I was admitted in NOV18 and Everything was paid for!!

You cannot tell me that it changed this year in AUG19 because Plan changes happens annually.

I am sooo annoyed!!! This is so useless!!!

I just wasted 4 hours of my time, I wasted my day coming all the way to the hospital for NOTHING!!

And I hear that it was paid accidentally?! How does that word??!!

Explain this?? One keeps on paying more and more every year, more and more and each year you pay less and less!!!!

This is pathetic!!!!!
