All for the money!!!!

I filled out an "application" form to join discovery early August. I had to email them over and over again asking about the progress of my application but still no response. Then eventually a lady called me and advised that some information is missing on my application and asked me to confirm a few things which I did. Before hanging up, I asked her if someone would contact me with the final confirmation of everything before I am actually added to the fund and she stated clearly " yes." Another week went by and still no one had contacted me so I emailed again. Then I get a response from discovery stating that I am a member and that I joined the fund since 1 August with an instalment of R2007!!!!! I was soactually shocked because I knew they would be too quick to debit my account. The call to them was a waste of time because no one could help ne understand why, a consultant didnt carefully go through all details before adding me to the fund. I ended up cancelling my application and the gentleman on the phone stated that it was withdrawn. I clearly asked if I would be debited and he said no because my application is canceled. Today I get debited for R4017 !!!!! Now how do I survive for the rest of this month???? Because ofI discovery, I have a bank balance of R300. Have they lost their minds!!! How do they do this to people??? All they care about is their stupid sale! I want and need my money back!
