Aldan's Spectular Service

If you go back two weeks ago, I loaded a complaint .. But since than I chatted to Aldan , who was absolutely amazing. He called me everyday even though there was no feedback to give. He put me at ease. What a star!! Discovery, you literally almost lost me and my family as members. But due to Aldan and his awesome service, even following up with hospitals , going the extra mile. I decided to stay. He deserves a raise. Thank you Aldan.
